Your team will be the first point of contact for guests and your role is to ensure that all team membersdeliver an unmatched level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt. As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening.

You will be involved in the creation of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual and in establishing the policies and procedures within your scope andbe responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more. Specifically, you will be responsible for managing all Front Office operations including guest arrival and departure, room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, room profitability. You will also assist the Front Office Manager to monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly. You will be involved in monitoring service and developing team member performance, providing supervision, managing rosters, and training team members on guest handling. You will ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.

Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field. Proficient in communicating in the English language, ability to speak a foreign language desired.
