It doesn't look like it's available yet. You can get the 2016 Owner Manual from the. That should get you started until the '17 manual is available; there's a lot to read!
Select Owner Manual from the Publication Type drop list, plug in year, model and trim, then Search. You don't need a subscription to download the Owner Manual files. Each section of the manuals is a separate pdf file. Check back for the '17 manual from time to time. You can select 2017 from the year list already, but it doesn't find any OM files to download.

Has anyone found a link yet to PDF of the 2017 Outback Owners Manual? I have the 2016 manual, but there have been some changes. I'm one of those nerds that actually reads the manual, cover to cover, before I get the product. My 2017 Outback Touring 3.6R is supposed to be in 'the last week of' July and I want to have everything figured out day one.
