Video for draining the oil out of the bottom of the lawn mower opposed to tipping it on its side. I'm not a huge fan of tipping mowers on there sides. This model mower does have an oil plug on the bottom, it's just covered with a plastic shield that needs to be removed to get to it. Careful when cutting that plastic shield, don't go to deep with the razor as you may cut the driving belt. The engine per the instructions takes 20 ounces of SAE 30 oil and should be changed every 25 hours. Blade bolt - 9/16 socket Oil plug - 3/8 ratchet extension WARNING - make sure your lawn mower is secured on your lifting device and won't fall on you. Serious injury can occur if it falls on you.
